LPA is a Linear Programming Application. LPA is used to find the
extreme value of linear functions when the variables are constrained
by these linear inequalities: greater than or equal, less than or
equal, or equal. The principal application has been in industry where
LPA is used to determine the optimum allocation of resources subject
to various constraints imposed by a given situation.
